This year the Rosedale Hotel have secured the services of talented head chef Daniel Fleming. Daniel has over 12 years experience working in hotels and restaurants all around Scotland and in Spain. He has created a delicious fine dining menu using many locally sourced ingredients.
Our team of local front of house staff are waiting to offer you a warm welcome to our intimate dining room. The view from our windows overlooking Portree bay and the harbour is breathtaking whilst our walls are adorned with stunning landscape paintings of Skye by local artist Jeremy Rossiter. The perfect setting to enjoy dining at its best in a stunning location.
Why not relax in our bar before your dining experience . We have a wide choice of beverages including the new Misty Isle Gin and Isle of Skye beers . We also have an impressive choice of malts and after dinner liqueurs for your enjoyment.
The restaurant is open 6pm-9pm Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

We are proud that the restaurant was the Highlands and Islands winner of the Rising Star Award at the 2017 Scottish Food Awards and Academy. We were also one of the eateries included as the Isle of Skye won the Geographical Destination of the year award at the same event.
